What a KOT does
A kitchen order ticket (KOT) tells the kitchen what to cook for which table. In a busy restaurant, a missing or repeated KOT means a dish made twice, a guest waiting, or food that never reaches the bill.
TezBill makes the KOT from the order itself, so what the kitchen cooks and what the guest pays for always match.
Only changes go to the kitchen
When a table orders more, TezBill sends only the new items. If something is removed after it was sent, the kitchen gets a clear CANCEL line, so nobody cooks it by mistake.

The right ticket at the right station
Set a kitchen station for each category: starters to the kitchen, drinks to the bar, rotis to the tandoor. One order is split into a ticket for each station automatically. If a station printer is off, the ticket prints at the counter instead.
A kitchen screen instead of paper
Open the kitchen display on any tablet or TV on your Wi-Fi. Orders appear as New, cooks mark them Preparing and Ready, and the counter and waiters see the change straight away.
Works when the internet doesn't
KOTs, the kitchen display and the captain app all run on your restaurant Wi-Fi from the counter PC. A broken internet connection doesn't stop the kitchen.

KOT questions
Do I need a separate kitchen printer for KOTs?
No. KOTs can print on the counter printer to start with. Add LAN kitchen or bar printers later and route categories to them.
Can waiters send KOTs from their phones?
Yes. With the captain app, waiters send orders to the kitchen from their own phone over the restaurant Wi-Fi.
Can I turn KOTs off for a small counter?
Yes. Switch the KOT system off in Settings for simple counter billing.
