Shipping & delivery policy

1. Software

TezBill is delivered as a download for Windows. After payment, your licence key is sent on WhatsApp. You can download TezBill at any time.

2. Hardware kits

• Counter kit — ₹8,999 one-time: 80 mm thermal printer (USB + LAN, auto-cutter), Cash drawer (5 note / 8 coin).
• Restaurant kit — ₹39,999 one-time: 15.6" touch POS terminal (Windows, i3 / 8 GB / 128 GB SSD), 80 mm bill printer (USB + LAN), Kitchen KOT printer (LAN), Cash drawer.

Hardware carries the manufacturer’s 1-year warranty.

3. Where we ship

We ship hardware kits anywhere within India by courier.

4. Delivery time

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment.
• Delivery then usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
• The courier tracking details are shared with you on WhatsApp.

5. Installation

We help you set up the printers, cash drawer and TezBill over the phone or by remote support (only when you allow it).

6. Damaged or missing items

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or not working, tell us within 48 hours with photos — see our refund policy.
